Shipping Information
UK Orders:
Please allow up to 10 working days for UK deliveries unless stated otherwise. UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail first class service. Orders are either sent out flat or rolled in a postal tube, this is stipulated with the product information.

Items cannot be refunded or exchanged once they have been shipped (for further details on our refund policy please read below).
International Orders:
International orders will be sent via tracked service and are handled by the relevant services to that domain. Please note if you’re ordering from outside of the UK that Wonky Jam is not responsible for any customs fees. International orders can take some time to pass through customs, please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive.
- If an item is left in a postal depot unclaimed for too long it will be returned to the UK.
- Wonky Jam is not responsible for any orders that are returned to sender due to incorrect / incomplete addresses, or for items that go unclaimed at the depot.
- Any returned orders to sender will incur the cost of international postage to resend the item back to you.
- Ordering something from Wonky Jam as a gift? Please order in advance to avoid disappointment with consideration to shipping times/customs process and busy seasonal periods.
- Customs Charges / Import Duty: Items may be subject to additional customs charges / import taxes - this varies by product & country, please check with your local customs agency. These fees are not included in the price or P&P and must be covered by the customer. Please be aware of this before placing any orders.
Refund Policy
Refunds/Replacements will only be accepted in cases of faulty items. Please contact [email protected] with your order number and images of your faulty item in order to resolve any issues.
Other Important Terms
Many of the Wonky Jam products are either handmade or printed in such a way that means each print can differ, making each one individual and unique! This means the product you receive may not be identical to the item you've viewed and purchased on the Wonky Jam website. Whilst we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on the store, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
